Join us for LISTENING FOR LOVE, Silverthorne Theater Company’s 2nd Annual Valentine's Cabaret! We’ll sing musical theater favorites on the theme of love, including some favorites of our founder, Lucinda Kidder, in memory of her collaborative, curious spirit. Lucinda passed away in November 2024. Her joyful listening spirit will always be the heart of Silverthorne. The Cabaret is a fundraiser for our 2025 Season – which we will publicly announce for the first time at the Cabaret. Come bask in the love on Valentine's Day Weekend! Theater Thursdays: the birds the birds the birds

Silverthorne Theater Company presents a staged reading of playwright Harley Erdman’s new musical, the birds the birds the birds, with music by Gregory Boover. Directed by Gina Kaufmann, with music dramaturgy & direction by Kyle Boatwright, the reading will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 at Holyoke Media as the first event of Silverthorne’s 2025 Theater Thursdays reading series, with a talkback to follow. Auditions will take place on Friday, March 21st, from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, in Room 204, Dept. of Theater, Bromery Center for the Arts, UMass Amherst. Callbacks will take place Saturday, March 22nd, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the same location. Silverthorne Theater Company presents a staged reading of playwright Julia Byrne’s new play, The Scariest Thing to See in the Woods. Directed by Ezekiel Baskin, the reading will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday, April 24th, 2025 at the Shea Theater in Turners Falls as a part of Silverthorne’s 2025 Theater Thursdays reading series, with a talkback to follow. Starring Gabriel CiFuentes, Sophia Defayette, Jake Kuhn, Marcus Neverson, and Weaver. Tickets are free, and Silverthorne welcomes donations so that we can continue making our work accessible to all.
