Silverthorne Theater Company invites audience members of The Waiting Room to a special one-hour discussion session with playwright & director Steve Wangh on Tuesday, April 6, beginning at 7:30 p.m. EDT.
Join us for The Waiting Room afterlife!
Who, or what, am I? Why am I here incarnate? Whither am I destined?
Why is there birth and why is there death?
— From an introduction to The Tibetan Book of the Dead
As the Valley Advocate put it recently, The Waiting Room is “a comedy with
philosophical depths, a drama with an antic edge.” After experiencing the Bardo with us,
you may be bursting with questions, both profound and practical – from the meaning of
life to the mechanics of Zoom.
On Tuesday, April 6 at 7:30, we invite you to join playwright/director Steve Wangh with
the cast and crew for an informal chat about how The Waiting Room came to life, and
we welcome your reactions to our virtual near-death experience.
